Our management fee covers everything: guest communication, check-ins, housekeeping coordination, maintenance escalation, monthly reporting, DTCM permit renewals, and platform management. There are no hidden costs or surprise deductions from your payout.
Yes. You can block dates for personal use at any time through our owner app. We plan around your calendar — your property is still yours.
Minor repairs are handled by our in-house team and deducted transparently from your monthly statement. For larger works, we obtain quotes and get your approval before proceeding. Nothing is done without your knowledge.
Most properties are fully onboarded and live within 2–3 weeks of our first meeting. This includes photography, DTCM registration, platform listings, and first-booking readiness.
