Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 3pm. Early check-in (from 11am) can often be arranged depending on the property and the preceding booking — let us know your arrival time and we’ll confirm what’s possible. Standard check-out is 11am. Late check-out until 2pm or 4pm is available on request, subject to the same-day booking schedule.
How Do I Get the Keys?
For most properties, a First Class team member meets you at the apartment for a brief welcome and handover. If you’ve arranged an airport transfer with us, your driver will coordinate the timing directly. If you’re arriving independently, we’ll confirm the exact process when we send your booking details.
What’s Included in Every Property?
All properties are fully furnished with kitchen equipment, bedding, towels, and basic amenities (washing-up liquid, bin bags, toilet roll for arrival). Each property listing specifies what’s included — pool access, parking, gym, etc. If you need something specific (a cot, a highchair, extra towels), let us know before arrival and we’ll arrange it.
How Do I Reach You During My Stay?
WhatsApp. Our team contact details are included in your booking confirmation. We’re available throughout your stay and aim to respond within a few minutes during normal hours. For genuine emergencies, we have an out-of-hours number.
Can I Arrange Extras After Booking?
Yes — and we encourage it. Airport transfers, grocery pre-stocking, private chef, in-home spa, desert safari, yacht charter — all of these can be added before or during your stay. The earlier you request, the more we can guarantee availability. WhatsApp us the details and we’ll confirm.
What If Something Isn’t Right on Arrival?
Message us immediately. We take property condition seriously — everything is inspected before each arrival. If there’s anything below standard, we’ll resolve it promptly. No forms, no escalation process. Just a direct message to a team member who can act on it.
