A week in Dubai is the right amount of time — enough to see the headline attractions without rushing, with space for the moments you don’t plan. Here’s the itinerary First Class puts together for first-time guests.
Day 1 — Arrive, Settle, Marina
Land, transfer directly to your apartment (arrange this in advance — it makes the arrival feel completely different), and spend the afternoon settling in. Evening walk along the Marina promenade, dinner at one of the waterfront restaurants. Early night.
Day 2 — Downtown and the Burj
Morning at the Dubai Mall — the aquarium alone is worth the trip with children. Afternoon at Burj Khalifa (book At the Top for sunset). Evening at the fountain show from Souk Al Bahar. Dinner in Downtown.
Day 3 — Desert Day
Book a desert safari through our team — full-day options include dune bashing, camel trekking, sandboarding, and dinner under the stars. One of the most consistently memorable days guests report. Return late evening.
Day 4 — Old Dubai
The gold and spice souks in Deira, a crossing by abra (traditional boat) across the Creek to Bur Dubai, Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood. This is the Dubai that existed long before the towers — worth a full day.
Day 5 — Beach and Leisure
Palm Jumeirah or JBR beach club. If the budget allows, Atlantis Aquaventure is a full day for families. Evening: private chef dinner at your apartment — arrange this ahead and it becomes the trip highlight for most groups.
Day 6 — DIFC and Culture
The Dubai Frame for the view (underrated). Alserkal Avenue in Al Quoz for contemporary art. DIFC Gate Village for dinner — the restaurant concentration here is exceptional.
Day 7 — Open / Depart
Last morning for anything you want to revisit. Private transfer to the airport.
